These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and gd222 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gd222 website located at gd222.club, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services offered through the platform. These Terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the gd222 platform.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or in any other way using the gd222 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. gd222 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. All financial transactions on the gd222 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the mobile financial service providers supported by gd222 at the time of the transaction, which include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The availability of specific payment methods may change; gd222 will notify players of changes where practicable.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that they use a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. gd222 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction where the source of funds is unclear or the transaction appears inconsistent with normal player behaviour, pending investigation.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by gd222 unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bets accepted before an event begins are settled at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, subject to any pre-match odds adjustment rules.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds available at the moment of placement. gd222 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required time of play has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific market rules state otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gd222 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity, including depositing funds obtained through criminal means.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in any automated or non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, including artificially triggering bonus rounds or manipulating game mechanics.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with gd222 support.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

gd222 uses fraud detection systems that continuously monitor account and transaction activity. Suspected prohibited conduct will be investigated. gd222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where gd222 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players, the platform, or third parties. In the event of termination for cause, gd222 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact gd222 customer support to request a review. gd222 will aim to respond to account suspension appeals within 5 business days. Where a suspension is upheld, the player will be informed of the reason to the extent permissible under applicable guidelines. gd222's decision on account termination for cause is final.

gd222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion tools directly within account settings. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to manage their gaming activity. If at any time gaming ceases to be an enjoyable leisure activity and becomes a source of financial stress or personal harm, players are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility or contact gd222 support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gd222, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology providers shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if gd222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. gd222's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or connected to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gd222 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, that it will be free of interruption, error, or security breaches, or that any defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events outside gd222's reasonable control (including payment provider outages, network disruptions, or force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform, for which gd222 shall not be liable.

All content on the gd222 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, page layouts, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to gd222. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content from the gd222 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of gd222. Unauthorised use of gd222's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to legal action.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in force at the time of any dispute. Players agree that any formal legal proceedings in connection with these Terms shall be conducted in the jurisdiction applicable to the player's country of residence, being Bangladesh for players registered from Bangladesh.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact gd222 customer support to seek resolution of any dispute informally. gd222 will endeavour to resolve player complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the player may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process described in the support section of the gd222 platform.

gd222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gd222 will notify registered players by posting an updated version on the platform and, where practicable, by notifying players via the contact details held on their account. The date of the most recent revision will be noted at the top of the Terms page. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to be aware of the current version. Continued use of the gd222 platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
